Majete's Cubs - The Predator Success StoryPosted on: Sunday, December 29, 2013 / 00:00 hrs

On August 24th 2012, three lions, Shire (female), Chimwala (male) and Sapitwa (male) were released into the Mkulumadzi Lodge, area at Majete Wildlife Reserve. They remained in the Mendolo area in the north of the reserve and were observed feeding on reedbuck, sable, buffalo and zebra. This exciting development comes as both the reserve and Robin Pope Safaris' Mkulumadzi Lodge celebrates their 10th birthday!
